FAQs
Find answers to common questions about our equine rehabilitation and livery services.
What do your rehabilitation services include?
Our rehabilitation services are tailored to each horse's individual needs and may include box rest support, in-hand rehabilitation, controlled exercise and turnout progression, physiotherapy treatments, Class IV laser therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, and close collaboration with your veterinary surgeon. Every horse receives a structured rehabilitation programme alongside attentive daily care to support a safe and successful recovery.
How long is the typical length of stay?
The length of stay varies depending on the nature of the injury or surgical recovery. We operate a flexible model that scales according to the horse's progress, typically ranging from a few weeks to several months.
How involved is the vet in the rehab process?
We work closely with your attending veterinarian to ensure our protocols align with clinical findings. Our approach is led by a Veterinary Physiotherapist (RAMP registered) to maintain the highest standards of professional care.
What is your pricing approach for livery?
Our pricing is competitive and reflective of the high-level professional care and bespoke services we provide. All of our plans are developed for the individual, working on a pay-as-you-go model, starting with a base livery price and services added as and when required.
Can I visit my horse during their stay?
Yes, we encourage owners to visit as part of the horse's mental well-being and to stay updated on their rehabilitation progress. Visiting is by arrangement to ensure consistency in the horse's schedule.
What aftercare support is provided?
We provide comprehensive aftercare plans upon departure, ensuring you have the tools and exercises needed to continue your horse's restoration at home and prevent future recurrence of injury.
